Returns information:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the bag is unused and all tags remain attached.
Once the protective tag has been removed, the item cannot be returned.
If your bag arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve this quickly for you: hello@bydestinypinto.com
