Returns & Refund Policy – By Destiny Pinto

We hope you love your purchase from By Destiny Pinto. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Adison bags must have it's tag still on.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • This may take a few working days depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty (this will be clearly stated on product pages where applicable).


Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
